Been quite a while since I have posted with a new job and everything. Wasn't sewing much for a bit, but that is changing as I have been sewing for myself and doing some commissioned work. The first pictures are some my personal collection and the last ones are some of what I have been sewing for others. The first picture is of my prized lady, "Alura", a Dollikin that my sister Sandy gave me. Next is Jill put out by Vogue Doll in the 1950's. Found her at a second hand shop a couple of years ago and brought her home and cleaned her up. The next two are some American Girl dresses that I have done for a lady down in New Jersey for her three daughters. First are Easter dresses and then some dresses and picnic blanket for Memorial Day. She said that the town they live in goes all out for Memorial Day and she wanted to be able to have her daughter's dolls participate in the festivities. The last picture is a Ginny Vogue doll that I redressed for a lady that I work with. She was pleased to see her looking new again.
Have had lots of ideas going through my head for new outfits and now to find the time to sew them.
